How It Works
Once a business account has registered with NoMorePost.com, they download the Desktop Mailer Application and import their client list to the application.
Each client is assigned a Passkey by the Desktop Mailer Application and this code, along with the Account code of the business, is given to the client.
Once this has been done the business then notifies their customers that they are now operating a paperless postal system and they provide the customer with their passkey and account code.
The customer accesses their NoMorePost.com Personal Account and enters the passkey and account code into the Open Channel section.
Entering the Passkey and account code opens the postal channel between the business and that customer and this ensures that the system will always be spam free.
From this point on the business can send their customer any correspondence they wish, such as invoices, statements, notifications or general correspondence.
The business can even see when the client or customer has read the sent items.
