The Judge Group Announces Expansion of Service Offerings

The Judge Group, a professional services firm specializing in Technology Consulting, Enterprise-Wide Staffing and Corporate Training, announced today that the firm has expanded its service offerings by appointing Mr. Waine D. Cardinal as Director of Technical Staffing in The Judge Group’s existing Jacksonville, FL office.

Due to steady growth in the Jacksonville market The Judge Group has decided to expand the Jacksonville office to include contract technical staffing in addition to the current permanent placement offering. To manage this expansion, The Judge Group has hired Mr. Cardinal to head the division with the main focus of providing information technology, engineering, as well as finance and accounting contract professionals to companies across all industries.

Mr. Cardinal brings more than 13 years of extensive expertise in information technology staffing, group staffing, permanent placement and professional services for Fortune 1000 and mid-sized companies in the North and Central Florida markets. Prior to joining The Judge Group, Mr. Cardinal’s experience in the staffing industry included over 6.5 years of service with American Computer Technologies as an Area Sales Manager and as a Managing Director. Additionally, he was the Business Development Manager at Modis for 5 years where he was responsible for growing their North Florida market presence for information technology staffing and consulting. He also spent 2 years with Alltel Information Services (“now Lender Processing Services”) as a Technical Recruiter.
