Investment management firm Franklin Templeton Investments has moved its Gulf and Eastern Mediterranean office to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The new base will oversee sales and business development activities in several countries. Franklin Templeton, which commended operations in the Gulf in October 2000, was one of the first asset management firms to be registered and licensed at the DIFC back in 2004. [AMEInfo.com]
