Moody’s Investors Service upgraded Thames Water Utilities Finance Ltd’s bond ratings after the company announced the completion of a whole business securitisation of its regulated water and sewerage business, and assigned definitive ratings to notes issued by Thames Water Utilities Cayman Finance Ltd.
