eBay Annual Meeting Scheduled for June 14

eBay will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 14, 2007, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time at the Back Bay Events Center in Boston. The meeting will take place on the morning of the first day of eBay’s annual eBay Live user conference at Boston’s new convention center.
The SEC filing contained details about executive and board member compensation. The Associated Press pegged eBay CEO Meg Whitman’s total compensation at about $11.1 million including salary, bonuses, incentives, perquisites, above-market returns on deferred compensation and the value of stock options and other awards granted during the year.
