Investor Auctions Missouri Portfolio for $5.3M

Bob Pelts, a private investor, has sold a Missouri portfolio comprised of development parcels and an industrial building for $5.3 million.

Pelts auctioned the properties through Memphis-based Roebuck Auctions. Johnny Mitchum of Roebuck Auctions assisted in the deals.

The portfolio includes:

A 20,010-square-foot industrial facility on 1.4 acres at 2477 Globe Cove in Southaven. It features a maximum clear height of 23 feet and 18-foot sidewalls.

138 acres on Stanton Road, south of Stateline Road and west of I-55, in Southaven. The land is approved for a Residential PUD.

14.5 acres in five contiguous tracts at Goodman Road and Pleasant Hill Road, in Olive Branch.

Seven industrial lots totaling 3.87 acres at Stateline and Stanton roads, in Southaven.

A Southaven resident purchased the 138-acre subdivision and an industrial lot. Bill Pass, owner
of Pass Realty LLC in Olive Branch, purchased the Globe Cove building and the 14.5 acres in Olive Branch.
